Milwaukee Bilingual Speech/Language Pathologists are well equipped to provide high quality culturally and linguistically appropriate speech/language therapy services. Each MBSLP consultant is fluent in English and Spanish and is experienced in providing intervention services in these languages. We have vast experience developing and implementing intervention plans for children with diverse needs. MBSLP consultants value ongoing collaboration with parents and other team members to ensure high quality outcomes.

MBSLP’s intervention services may be helpful to private schools by:

• Providing supplemental speech/language therapy support beyond what students are receiving through their Services Plan
• Providing therapy to students on a Services Plan waiting list
• Providing speech/language therapy to students in grades that are not eligible for a Services Plan
• For bilingual students, therapy services would support a child’s development in both languages, without the need for an interpreter, thus maximizing student progress.
